Staff are the vetted and selected individuals entrusted with critical roles across the party. Staff members undergo vetting, sign NDAs, and are trained to perform the tasks essential to AFP’s operations. Staff may also be dues-paying members but are primarily defined by their role, reliability, and active involvement.
Upon joining, each Staff Member receives:

Where Staff Serve
National Offices
AFP Staff operate within the Party’s eight National Offices, each responsible for a distinct sector of national administration and strategic operations.
1. National Office of Personnel & Administration
Handles internal management — human resources, records, policies, and administrative infrastructure.
2. National Office of Membership & Outreach
Manages membership processing, recruitment, and engagement initiatives nationwide.
3. National Office of Finance & Compliance
Oversees Party finances, budgeting, compliance with federal regulations, and donor relations.
4. National Office of Electoral Strategy
Develops and executes national and regional campaign strategy, field operations, and candidate coordination.
5. National Office of Activism & Mobilization
Coordinates public activism, demonstrations, event planning, and volunteer mobilization.
6. National Office of Public Affairs & Communications
Produces Party literature, manages media relations, social media, and internal publications.
7. National Office of IT & Infrastructure
Maintains the Party’s technical systems, cybersecurity, website, and internal communication networks.
8. National Office of Internal Security
Conducts vetting, investigations, and operational security to ensure integrity across all levels of the organization.
Each National Office contains several Departments, which carry out the specific functions under their Office’s authority — such as Human Resources, Finance, Social Media, Legal & Compliance, and others.
National Departments
The American Freedom Party operates through a network of specialized Departments, each serving under a designated National Office. These Departments carry out the day-to-day functions, management, and professional duties that keep the Party’s national infrastructure running effectively and in unity.
National Office of Personnel & Administration
• Human Resources Department — Manages personnel records, hiring, onboarding, assignments, complaints, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Administrative Department — Oversees internal manuals, awards, policy documentation, and organizational archives.
• Training Department — Develops and delivers Staff training, ideological education, and professional development programs
National Office of Membership & Outreach
• Membership Department — Handles member applications, renewals, and maintenance of the Party’s membership database.
• Outreach Department — Conducts engagement programs, retention initiatives, and national recruitment coordination.
National Office of Finance & Compliance
• Finance Department — Manages budgeting, bookkeeping, and donation processing.
• Compliance Department — Oversees IRS/FEC reporting, legal compliance, and financial transparency.
• Fundraising Department — Organizes donor relations, fundraising campaigns, and financial outreach.
National Office of Electoral Strategy
• Campaign Operations Department — Coordinates national campaigns, supports candidates, and oversees election logistics.
• Field Strategy Department — Manages regional and state-level operations, volunteer networks, and local campaign deployment.
National Office of Activism & Mobilization
• Activism Department — Plans and directs demonstrations, rallies, banner drops, and other activism efforts.
• Event Planning Department — Handles permits, venues, logistics, and coordination with Party Security for major events.
National Office of Public Affairs & Communications
• Media Relations Department — Issues press releases, manages media contacts, and handles crisis communications.
• Social Media Department — Develops digital outreach strategies and manages the Party’s online platforms.
• Publications Department — Produces official literature, newsletters, and website content.
• Graphics Department — Designs Party materials, merchandise, and branded imagery.
• Messaging & Rhetoric Department — Shapes ideological tone, slogans, speeches, and rhetorical consistency across all communications.
National Office of IT & Infrastructure
• IT Operations Department — Maintains internal systems, servers, and custom applications.
• Cybersecurity Department — Protects Party data, secure communications, and network infrastructure.
• Web Services Department — Oversees the Party’s websites and online systems.
• Account Services & Access Management Department — Administers official AFP accounts, credentials, and access control.
National Office of Internal Security
• Protective Services Department — Provides event and leadership security.
• Investigations Department — Handles internal investigations, threat assessments, and counterintelligence functions.
Every Department serves as a functional arm of its parent Office, ensuring the Party operates with unity, professionalism, and precision. Together, these Departments form the administrative and logistical foundation of the American Freedom Party National Committee.
Assignment & Expectations
Staff may express interest in serving within a particular National Office or Department based on their experience, skill set, or interests. Assignments are made according to organizational needs and Director approval.
Every Staff Member is expected to:
• Perform assigned duties promptly and to professional standard.
• Adhere to AFP conduct and confidentiality policies.
• Cooperate with their National Office Director and departmental superiors.
Those who fail to meet performance expectations or who neglect their assigned duties may be reassigned or removed from Staff service.
Becoming a Staff Member
All Staff candidates undergo a formal vetting process, including background screening and signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Upon successful vetting, each new Staff Member receives a complete induction package containing:

• Party Character & Conduct Guidelines
• AFP Staff Lapel Pin (symbol of trust and commitment)
Training is then provided to ensure each Staff Member is prepared for effective service within their assigned Office and Department.
